FORMS“Doors and Drawers” and “Specialty” order forms are available for download from our website and can be found under the “Downloads” tab. Additionally, the order forms are included in our brochure for photocopying.

SPECIALTY ORDERS

Please submit any custom components on our “Specialty” order form, complete with drawings, all measurements and necessary details. Specialty order items are subject to additional design charges.

PLACING AN ORDER

Order forms can be submitted to our sales representatives, dropped off to our office, emailed to order@lovech.ca and faxed to (905) 760-8383.

Be sure to number the pages on the bottom right of each order form, this will help ensure your order for doors and drawers as well as specialty items are processed as one order.

QUOTATIONS

Lovech ltd. quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

In the event of any changes to the order, the original quote becomes invalid and a new quote will be issued.

LEAD TIMES

Lead times are established on an order by order basis. Lead time calculations are based on regular business and do not include holidays or weekend unless otherwise stated by Lovech Ltd.

RUSH ORDERS

Rush orders must be requested, we will inform you if our production schedule can accommodate your request. Rush and addition orders may be subject to additional charges.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Upon receiving your order, we will issue a typed confirmation within 24 hours.

Please check and confirm that all the information is correct, sign the order, and fax or e-mail the signed copy back to our office. Only signed and confirmed orders will be processed.

CHANGES TO ORDERS

Changes to orders can be made within 24 hours of receiving a typed confirmation from Lovech Ltd. Any changes made after this time are subject to charges and are not guaranteed to arrive with the original order.

SIZES

Exact door sizes must be specified at the time of order (metric or imperial). Lovech Ltd. does not add or subtract from the measurements you provide.

SANDING

All Lovech Ltd. MDF pricing includes sanding and products come ready for finishing. However, it is recommended that you inspect products after any handling and prep accordingly.

SHIPPING

  • 1. Courier for small quantity shipments may be available at a cost to the customer.
  • 2. Customer pick up.

PRICING

MDF prices are based on square footage and vary according to door style, MDF thickness and backing. Additional design elements such as outside edge profiles and pocketing back operations are available at an extra cost.

PAYMENT

For customers who have not established open credit with Lovech Ltd., payment is due prior to shipment or upon pick-up. On approved accounts, term is Net 30 days.

RETURNS

Please inspect goods immediately upon receiving and contact us in case of shortage or damage within 24 hours. Credit or replacement is issued subject to inspection by Lovech Ltd.Goods must be returned in the original condition, finished or altered doors will not be accepted.

WARRANTY

All Lovech Ltd. products are covered by one-year warranty effective on the date of shipment.This warranty is limited to the original cost of the item as produced by Lovech Ltd. and structural damages only.

Alterations to our standard construction void any warranty.

WARPAGE

Central rails are recommended for all panels over 48”.

We recommend using melamine-laminated backs on our MDF doors to keep warping to a minimum.

*Any panels over 48” with no center rail will not be covered under warranty.

SAMPLE DOORS

Sample doors are available upon request from our sales representative or our office.
