Welcome and thank you for your interest in our products and services.

You are now able to place orders online for our product offerings, as well as submit your requests for custom cutting and products.

For existing and returning customers, we recommend that you create an log in account and contact the office if you have existing terms that you would like to include. Additionally, you are always able to check out as a guest.

We are currently introducing an easy and convenient customer based self-serve online ordering system.

We are happy to help guide you by providing an introductory session in our showroom as well as technical support over the phone. 

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call or come in to speak with a representative about how we can make sure your order is fulfilled. 

Please submit any requests for custom or specialty jobs through the "Custom Items" section under "CREATE ORDER".

You will be required to upload drawings and a description, please ensure all measurements and necessary details are included.

We will then review your project and provide and provide a quotation which you will be able to then order online. 

Lovech ltd. quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

In the event of any changes to the order, the original quote becomes invalid and a new quote will be issued.

Lead times vary throughout the year and by product.

Door orders generally have a 10 business day lead time.

Custom and cabinetry order lead times vary, an estimated lead time can be provided at the time of ordering. 

Exact door sizes must be specified at the time of order - metric or imperial.

Lovech ltd. does not add or subtract from the measurements you provide.

Rush orders must be requested. Once you have placed your order online, you can contact our office to speak with a representative and we can 

then inform you if our production schedule can accommodate your rush request. Rush and addition orders may be subject to additional charges.

All Lovech Ltd. MDF door pricing includes sanding and products come ready for finishing.

However, it is recommended that you inspect products after any handling and prep accordingly.  

Please inspect goods immediately upon receiving and contact us in case of shortage or damage within 24 hours.

Credit or replacement is issued subject to inspection by Lovech Ltd. Goods must be returned in the original condition, finished or altered doors will not be accepted.

On MDF doors, central rails are recommended for all panels over 48”.

We recommend using melamine-laminated backs on all MDF products to keep warping to a minimum.

Custom door designs and products do not come with a warranty against warpage.

Sample doors are available upon request from our office and order desk. 

Custom made samples may be subject to a charge.
